Daniel J. Lowenberg

Daniel J. Lowenberg has practiced in the Montrose area since 2006. His background includes family law, bankruptcy, civil matters, probate and estates, and related financial questions.

He earned a B.A. in English from Lake Forest College in 1991 and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2005. While at St. Mary’s, he served as a staff writer and associate editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal.

Tara E. Delaney, LLP, is a Colorado Licensed Legal Paraprofessional licensed by the Colorado Supreme Court in January 2025. Her work is authorized within current Colorado LLP rules and is part of Lowenberg Family Law’s team-based practice.

Based in Fort Collins, Tara serves Lowenberg Family Law clients in the greater Montrose area and Western Slope as well as Northern Colorado, including Larimer and Weld Counties. Her Fort Collins base is not a Lowenberg Legal office; the firm’s physical office is in Montrose.

Sherman P. Romney joined the firm as an associate in 2024 after more than 26 years in private practice in the Yampa Valley.

His background includes bankruptcy, business law, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, and real estate matters. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah in 1989 and a J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1992.

Pam Mencimer

Pam Mencimer brings more than 20 years of accounting, financial management, and business administration experience to her role as Director of Operations & Finance at Lowenberg Legal.

With a background in senior accounting, financial reporting, payroll, cash management, and office operations, Pam helps keep the Firm organized, efficient, and focused on exceptional client service.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a U.S. Army veteran. Her commitment to accuracy, accountability, and effective systems helps support the Firm’s legal professionals and the clients they serve.
