A practical family-law perspective.
Tara is a Colorado Licensed Legal Paraprofessional licensed by the Colorado Supreme Court in January 2025. She brings more than eight years of family-law, legal case-management, and client-advocacy experience to work that calls for clear communication, thoughtful preparation, practical solutions, and steady progress.
Her current services are offered within Colorado LLP authorization and as part of Lowenberg Family Law’s team-based practice. Tara’s work includes divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting-time matters, child support, legal separation, and post-decree modifications.
Experience that supports the work in front of a family.
Tara has conducted client consultations, managed family-law matters from intake through resolution, prepared pleadings and other legal documents, negotiated settlements, and appeared in court in proceedings authorized for LLP representation.
Before becoming an LLP, she worked as a senior family-law paralegal and law-office manager, supporting pleadings and discovery, trial preparation, deadline management, and communication with clients, attorneys, courts, and other professionals. Her historical dependency-and-neglect support work is distinct from her current LLP services.
She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University, with minors in Spanish and Psychology. Her professional affiliations include the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Colorado LLP Committee.
